6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours after delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product.

If we supplied the wrong or defective product, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.
